COKonnect – Club Oxygen Konnect Terms and conditions

1. Club Oxygen Konnect is a special, holiday exchange loyalty program only on room basis at no additional cost to the member
2. Club Oxygen Konnect properties are tie-up arrangements and not directly managed by CIHRL
3. List of destinations and properties may vary from time to time as decided by CIHRL
4. The apartment type, size and occupancy may differ from resort to resort
5. Discounts, facilities and services may differ from resort to resort and not in the direct purview of CIHRL
6. Restriction to number of nights booking and number of apartments
7. Booking and cancellation norms similar to CO product
8. Booking window 90 to 30 days and subject to availability
9. The Club Oxygen assurance is not valid in case of Club Oxygen Konnect properties.
10.No Exchange, utility or access fees is payable at Club Oxygen Konnect. However, Taxes and other charges as applicable to be paid at the property directly
11.Food, beverages or any other activities charges would be as applicable at the resort at the time of availing holidays
12.CIHRL at its sole discretion can modify / discontinue this loyalty program with prior intimation
